Shipping To The UK
All items shipped to the UK are shipped free of charge via a secure tracked service (usually fulfilled by Royal Mail). Orders are usually dispatched by the next working day at the latest to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you do need an item urgently, please contact us to see if there are alternative options available. We do reserve the right to use other couriers in circumstances where Royal Mail is not suitable, we will only look to use an alternative in the best interests of fulfilling your order as quickly as possible.
Collections
As we are an online only business, collections are unfortunately not possible. However, if you are based in Staffordshire or near-by, please don’t hesitate to contact us to see if we are able to drop off your item if it is needed urgently.
International Shipping
We are able to ship items globally, please contact us for more information on global shipping options and pricing.
Returns
Returns
As we are a small independent business, we are unable to accept returns due to you changing your mind about an item or incorrectly ordering the wrong size/colour etc. We will only accept returns on an item where we are at fault e.g. you receiver the wrong item from us, the sizing on the website was incorrect. If you do want to return an item due to an error on our end, please contact us at info@pala-clothing.com to arrange.
30 Days to Return
If you do need to return something to us due to an error on our part, you must do this within 30 days of the order being placed. After 30 days we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
