Payment Information

Payments can be made using either Stripe or PayPal.

Stripe is a safe and secure card payment processor which accepts most major debit and credit cards including - Visa/Delta/Electron, MasterCard/Eurocard, Meastro and American Express.

PayPal can also be used to process payments from all major debit and credit cards including- Visa/Delta/Electron, MasterCard/Eurocard, Meastro and American Express. You can checkout as a guest with PayPal if you do not have an account.

Product Information

We have made every effort to ensure information for all products (both pre-owned and new) is up to date an accurate. This includes information on any flaws or major signs of wear on pre-owned items, measurements provided (all measurements are approximations and not 100% guaranteed), photographs (items are photographed in different lighting, we will always ensure listings show the item as accurately as possible but colour may vary in person compared to on the screen in some cases). Unintentional human errors can occur, if you identify any errors or omissions when browsing the site or ordering please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can rectify accordingly.

Order Info

Once you have placed an order with us, you should receive an order acknowledgment to the email you provided to us. Your order is full accepted by us once it has been dispatched. if an order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund (minus any fees associated with payment). We cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched to you.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons

  • The item is out of stock

  • There was a pricing error displayed on the site

  • The item is damaged

  • Product description of an item being incorrect

  • Change of delivery address

  • Issue with your payment/billing information

If any problem occurs with your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

Delivery Information

All orders dispatched by the next working day at the latest in order for you to receiver your item as soon as possible. All delivery times are not guaranteed as we have no control over the shipment once it has been passed onto one of our delivery partners.

All orders are sent on a tracked service to keep everything safe and secure and to make it easy for you you to track you order.

If your delivery is subject to loss or damage, we cannot be held accountable without valid proof.

In the unlikely event that your item is showing as delivered but you have not received it, it is your responsibility to contact the relevant courier and submit a claim with them.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item from us, contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation.
